JPMorgan Chase & Co. is committing $250 million for workforce training as part of its New Skills at Work initiative, the largest ever private-sector effort aimed at addressing the skills gap that exists across our state and nation. The effort will unite industry groups, the public sector, academic institutions and other workforce training partners who will collaborate to equip local students with skills they need for jobs that are readily available in Texas and across the nation.
