Mark McClellan
Former Administrator of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services under President George W. Bush
McClellan is a professor and founding director of the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy at Duke University. He previously served as director of the Health Care Innovation and Value Initiative and the Richard Merkin Initiative on Payment Reform and Clinical Leadership. McClellan also served as administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
